چکیده
Background: A home exercise program is an important part of recovery from musculoskeletal injuries and can improve pain, quality life, self-efficacy. However, there are often challenges with patient adherence measuring compliance. Mood pain have a positive negative affect on patient’s performance. Digital health, such as Recupe, provides opportunity to examine the relationship between mood, outside clinic.
Methods: total 864 subjects were retrospectively analyzed assess mood reps completed per session, time spent exercising level. was measured using three categories: “Happy,” “Neutral,” “Sad.” Pain Numerical Rating Scale (NPRS) 0-10.
 Results: The subject population included 331 males, 359 females, 174 not stated. average session 218.2 (130.0) for “Happy” group, 163.3 (101.4) “Neutral” 140.0 (95.7) “Sad” group p-values <0.0001 all groups. 29.54 minutes (24.63) 21.80 (18.30) 22.31 (21.23) Lastly, level each 1.93 (1.69) 4.4 (1.82) 6.1 (2.00) groups.
Conclusion: There significant correlation reported levels, patients’ programs. Patients who report higher simultaneously more depressed moods demonstrate decreased times repetition counts. Yet, while this clear, causation factor known requires research. Clinicians should look observe pattern in patients possibly recovery.

Increased IL-17A but Decreased IL-27 Serum Levels in Patients with Multiple Sclerosis
Background: Effector CD4+ T cell subsets play an important role in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Interleukin-27 (IL-27) suppresses Th (Th1, Th2 and Th17) cells and dampens autoimmunity and tissue inflammation by promoting the generation of Type 1 regulatory T cells (Tr1). Objective: To identify the relative levels of IL-27 and IL-17A in MS disease. Method: In a case-control study, venous blood was c...
متن کاملDecreased serum testosterone level was not significantly correlated with lipid indices in elderly men
Background: Aging in men causes a gradual decline in endogenous testosterone levels, which may have detrimental effects on their health status. Testosterone deficiency is thought to promote atherosclerosis by modulating lipid metabolism. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the serum testosterone level and its correlation with lipid profile in men aged ≥60 years old. Methods: All el...
متن کاملDecreased T Cell Response to Mitogen and Increased Anti-cytoplasmic Antibody in Drug-Free Schizophrenic Patients
Background: Apart from genetic and environmental factors, activation of autoreactive mechanisms has been proposed to play a role in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. In re-cent years, considerable work has been carried out to understand the role and contribution of the immune system in this disease. Objective: To investigate the T cell response to phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and determine the se...
متن کاملDecreased expression of TFPI-2 correlated with increased expression of CD133 in cholangiocarcinoma.
BACKGROUND Recent findings suggest decreasing TFPI-2 expression plays a significant role in inhibiting cell migration and tumor invasion. The clinicopathological significance of the expression of TFPI-2 and its possible correlation with the expression of CD133 in cholangiocarcinoma remains to be solved. METHODS We investigated if TFPI-2 was involved in the clinicopathological significance of ...
متن کاملExpectations of increased and decreased pain explain the effect of conditioned pain modulation in females
OBJECTIVE Chronic pain is believed to be related to a dysfunction of descending pain modulatory mechanisms. Functioning of descending pain modulation can be assessed by various methods, including conditioned pain modulation (CPM). CPM refers to the inhibition of one source of pain by a second noxious stimulus, termed the conditioning stimulus. This procedure can activate an endogenous pain inhi...
